Fire Damage Repair

House Remodel

Completed ADU construction, including demolition, new foundations, framing, roof extension and roofing, sewer replacement, plumbing and electrical work, service panel upgrade, HVAC and heat pump water heater installation, doors and windows, insulation, drywall, stucco, gutters, and concrete work.
Completed interior finishes including kitchen cabinets and countertops, tile, bathroom fixtures and accessories, appliances, shower pan, interior painting, moldings, and engineered hardwood flooring. Also completed site improvements, including tree stump removal, concrete replacement, utility trenching, and new concrete slabs and pads.

Whole-Home Renovation, Seismic Retrofit & Exterior Improvements

Completed a comprehensive residential renovation involving plumbing replacement, roofing, exterior siding and painting, foundation and seismic upgrades, window replacement, demolition and reconstruction of an unpermitted laundry and bathroom area, gas safety improvements, and attic insulation.

Garage Renovation

Complete renovation of an existing garage, including structural repairs, electrical upgrades, insulation, drywall, HVAC, doors, flooring, and interior/exterior finishes. The project included removal and replacement of the existing concrete slab, installation of new ceiling joists, repair and reinforcement of termite-damaged wall framing, and installation of insulation throughout the walls and ceiling.

Electrical improvements included adding wall outlets and six recessed lights. A new garage door and exterior-access garage door opener were installed, along with an interior door frame and pre-hung exterior door with a new lockset.

The garage interior was finished with new drywall, base molding, paint, and a mini-split HVAC system. The concrete floor was replaced and finished with a vinyl chip epoxy coating. Exterior stucco damaged during construction was repaired and touched up. The project also included complete debris removal, dumpster service, and temporary portable toilet rental.

Roof Replacement

Completed a full roof replacement, including removal of the existing roofing materials and installation of a new roofing system. Work included installation of fiberglass underlayment, pipe flashing, metal perimeter edging, and new roof vents. Installed 30-year dimensional shingles and sealed all pipes and vents to help prevent water intrusion. All construction debris and rubbish generated from the work were removed and properly disposed of.

House Flip

Completed a full house renovation, including demolition, repairs, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, flooring, painting, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and exterior improvements. The property was fully updated with new finishes and improvements to prepare it for resale.

Garage Remodel and Renovation

Completed the remodel of an existing garage in accordance with approved plans and building and safety requirements. The project included installation of roof vents, a new 200-amp electrical panel, complete electrical work, windows and doors, ceiling joists, insulation, wall sheathing, drywall, and interior wall framing with required hold-downs.
The bathroom was fully completed with a toilet, walk-in shower, pedestal sink, exhaust fan, medicine cabinet, and other accessories. The project also included cabinets, granite countertops, and a range hood. Concrete removed during construction was replaced and waterproofed.
The work included jobsite cleanup, dumpster service, and portable toilet service, with the project completed in accordance with the approved plans and applicable requirements.

Accessory Dwelling Unit Addition

### Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Conversion

Converted an existing detached garage into a 400-square-foot Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in accordance with approved architectural and engineering plans and applicable building codes.

The project included foundation underpinning and structural improvements, interior and exterior finish replacement, framing modifications, insulation, and installation or replacement of compliant egress windows. The existing electrical and plumbing systems were upgraded, including a new subpanel, dedicated circuits, GFCI/AFCI protection, LED lighting, smoke/CO detectors, new plumbing lines, and a 40-gallon water heater.

The ADU was completed with a full kitchen featuring shaker-style cabinetry, engineered stone countertops, appliances, sink, faucet, disposal, and range hood. The bathroom included a waterproofed and tiled shower, new fixtures, low-flow toilet, and exhaust fan.

Additional work included vinyl plank flooring, doors and finished carpentry, closet storage, a two-zone mini-split HVAC system, and all required supervision and code-compliant construction to create a complete, functional ADU.


Garage Conversion to ADU

Coleman Build completed the full conversion of an existing garage into a functional and fully permitted Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The project included extensive structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and finish improvements to transform the existing garage into a comfortable residential living space with a new bathroom and kitchen.
