Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU)

Completed ADU construction, including demolition, new foundations, framing, roof extension and roofing, sewer replacement, plumbing and electrical work, service panel upgrade, HVAC and heat pump water heater installation, doors and windows, insulation, drywall, stucco, gutters, and concrete work.

Completed interior finishes including kitchen cabinets and countertops, tile, bathroom fixtures and accessories, appliances, shower pan, interior painting, moldings, and engineered hardwood flooring. Also completed site improvements, including tree stump removal, concrete replacement, utility trenching, and new concrete slabs and pads.
