Garage Remodel and Renovation

Completed the remodel of an existing garage in accordance with approved plans and building and safety requirements. The project included installation of roof vents, a new 200-amp electrical panel, complete electrical work, windows and doors, ceiling joists, insulation, wall sheathing, drywall, and interior wall framing with required hold-downs.

The bathroom was fully completed with a toilet, walk-in shower, pedestal sink, exhaust fan, medicine cabinet, and other accessories. The project also included cabinets, granite countertops, and a range hood. Concrete removed during construction was replaced and waterproofed.

The work included jobsite cleanup, dumpster service, and portable toilet service, with the project completed in accordance with the approved plans and applicable requirements.
