### Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Conversion

Converted an existing detached garage into a 400-square-foot Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in accordance with approved architectural and engineering plans and applicable building codes.

The project included foundation underpinning and structural improvements, interior and exterior finish replacement, framing modifications, insulation, and installation or replacement of compliant egress windows. The existing electrical and plumbing systems were upgraded, including a new subpanel, dedicated circuits, GFCI/AFCI protection, LED lighting, smoke/CO detectors, new plumbing lines, and a 40-gallon water heater.

The ADU was completed with a full kitchen featuring shaker-style cabinetry, engineered stone countertops, appliances, sink, faucet, disposal, and range hood. The bathroom included a waterproofed and tiled shower, new fixtures, low-flow toilet, and exhaust fan.

Additional work included vinyl plank flooring, doors and finished carpentry, closet storage, a two-zone mini-split HVAC system, and all required supervision and code-compliant construction to create a complete, functional ADU.
