Garage Renovation

Complete renovation of an existing garage, including structural repairs, electrical upgrades, insulation, drywall, HVAC, doors, flooring, and interior/exterior finishes. The project included removal and replacement of the existing concrete slab, installation of new ceiling joists, repair and reinforcement of termite-damaged wall framing, and installation of insulation throughout the walls and ceiling.

Electrical improvements included adding wall outlets and six recessed lights. A new garage door and exterior-access garage door opener were installed, along with an interior door frame and pre-hung exterior door with a new lockset.

The garage interior was finished with new drywall, base molding, paint, and a mini-split HVAC system. The concrete floor was replaced and finished with a vinyl chip epoxy coating. Exterior stucco damaged during construction was repaired and touched up. The project also included complete debris removal, dumpster service, and temporary portable toilet rental.
